In 1332-33 she and her 2nd husband, Richard of Bury, granted her life estate in Goosnargh to Thomas of Barton, her 3rd son.
13. Thomas BARTON
Thomas had a grant in 1332-33 from his mother and stepmother of her life estate in Kidsnape. After his mother's death, Thomas had a further grant for the life of his brother, Sir John.
Sir John gave the reversion to William, one of his younger sons, in 1349.
14. John BARTON
Before 1322 John, with Alice his wife, conveyed land in Goosnargh by fine to Richard son of Nicholas of Hiles. He also, in 1309, granted to his cousin John of Barton and alice his wife the homage and service of Richard Smith for Barton-haye in Chippingdale.
