Thomas of Barton, son and heir of John, enfeoffed all his lands in Barton by indenture dated 16 Aug 1397. By indenture dated 16 Aug 1397, agreed with Henry Scaresbrick for the marriage of Gilbert his elder son and heir to Elizabeth dau of said Henry. Thomas died in or before 1406, leaving issue Gilbert, Thomas, and a daughter.
